We're a small team of engineers and consultants based in Malaysia. We help growth-stage companies adopt AI practically, building automation and intelligent systems they own and maintain.

This is our story.

Hivekind started in 2015 as an outsourced software development agency. We spent nearly a decade building and managing technical teams, delivering projects across industries, and learning what it takes to ship reliable software in complex environments.

That experience gave us a strong foundation: how to scope work accurately, how to build systems that last, how to transfer knowledge so clients aren't dependent on us, and how to manage technical projects from kickoff to handover. When AI tools matured enough to transform operational workflows, we had the delivery capability and project management discipline to apply them effectively.

Today we focus specifically on AI transformation. We help companies adopt automation and AI agents in their operations, building systems they own and maintain. We're a team of about 30 people, intentionally small so everyone works closely together on projects that matter.
